First, Bakers’ Plus™ Devil’s Food Cake Mix won’t crack or crumble, so your cakes will be easier to produce with less scrap. A creme cake mix that is ideal for suspending fruits, nuts and other particulates. Can never go wrong with a Brownie, a moist, fudge-like texture with a rich, intense chocolate flavor. Spice up your breakfast with two new pancake mixes, first a Sweet Pancake Mix. A great alternative to your standard buttermilk pancake by incorporating a tasty amount of sweetness, providing a high quality, consistent, and tolerant pancake in an easy, add water-only format. From BAF we’ve added instant Sweet Potato Pearls. In appetizers, from Brew City come new IPA Beer Battered Gouda & Mozzarella Cheese Bites. From Bob’s Red Mill we’ve added potato flour. From Ruffles, we’ve added a baked version of their popular Sour Cream & Cheddar potato chips. We’ve added 4 new snack items from Zee Zees that children and school food directors alike will love! Lastly, in non foods we’ve added 3 new items. From QCC come premium quality, clay-coated white bakery boxes made from recycled materials. From Cambro we’ve added a Kelly-Green lid for 2 and 4 quart foodservice containers. And, from Duro we’ve added a kraft brown paper bags with handles.

New from the pastry masters at Chudleigh’s come three varieties of bakery blossoms; available in Bumble Berry, Cherry, Apple and Caramel Apple. New from Sky Blue Bakery, Cinnamon Rolls made with 51% wholegrain flour. Fresh in fruit, delicious and convenient IQF diced apples, available in 2-5lb bags, and from Dole we’ve added IQF Granny Smith apple slices. In non-foods we’ve added high density square bottom to-go bags from Innopack.
