This week we’ve added 12 new items to our inventory. First a locally grown product from Greenwood Orchards in Tuner, Maine. A new combination of a golden delicious apple and a macintosh apple. From McCain a lightly brined, homestyle skin-on 3/16″ XL julienne fries that deliver exceptional potato flavor. Next from Pactiv, a Foam School Lunch Tray – 5 compartment, made from polystyrene foam. Looking to kick up heat in your dishes? Try McCormick’s Sriracha Seasoning. From Stonefire, a naan made with traditional ingredients like buttermilk and ghee for an authentic taste and texture – but now bite size! Two new products from King’s Hawaiian, first a Savory Butter Roll and their classic Sweet Dinner Roll. From Highland Market, we have a new Creamy Peanut Butter. Our last three products are from Chef Pierre, first a Jalapeno Cornbread. Next a Pumpkin Spice Latte Pie, and lastly a Classic Iced Brownie, nut-free and the perfect base for creating a wide variety of signature dessert options.

Costanzo’s Bakery has also introduced 3 new items to our inventory. First a Wheat Sub Roll 12″, great addition to your healthy menu. Next two 8″ Rolls, one wheat and the other white unsliced. Lastly from Leafware, their new Mini Tray. Hand crafted from fallen palm leaves, this dinnerware embodies the beauty of mother nature gifts

This week we’ve added 8 new items to our inventory. Let’s have dessert first shall we?… From Dianne’s Fine Desserts we’ve added 2 new items; Pumpkin Trifle Cake and Rustic Ginerbread Cake. These are two fantastic selections for your fall menu. From Henry & Henry we’ve added Chocolate Kreme Kote, chocolate flavored dip coating. From Hormel, we’ve added their Masterpieces® All Natural Italian Sausage topping. This fully cooked sausage is made with 100% ground pork and seasoned with Italian spices. From Lamb Weston we’ve added 1/4″ shoe string, straight-cut french fries. From Jennie-O we’ve added their boneless, netted & tied, unseasoned and raw, Grand Champion Turkey Breast. From Caravan we’ve added New York Best Bagel™ base; allowing you to bake bagels featuring the classic chewy, time tested formula that made New York famous for bagels. Lastly, from the bakery dynamos at Piantedosi, we’ve added whole wheat “kiddie” burger rolls.

Robzen comes a new bulk shaved-steak option, SteakTacular shaved ribeye steak. From the poultry professionals at Koch we’ve added 2 versions of the Chicken Minis; Three Cheese & Jalapeño and Buffalo. In seafood, we’ve added fully-cooked “Friend of the Sea Certified” Octopus tentacles. Lastly, from MegaMex Foods we’ve added frozen avocado halves.
This week we’ve added 6 new items to our inventory. New in seafood we’ve added frozen clam strips from Galilean. Founded in 1978, Galilean Seafoods is one of the largest hand-shucked clam suppliers in the United States. From Pillsbury and absolutely perfect for school food programs, we’ve added two new whole grain crescents; chocolate filled and grape filled. From Regal Nonpareil come 2 new french fry options, 1/2″ cut and coated and 3/8″ steak cut. Lastly, in premium desserts we’ve added a decadent Blueberry White Chocolate Brulee Cheesecake from Sweet Street. White chocolate cheesecake swirled with vibrant wild Maine blueberries that pack a wonderful punch of summer flavor. It’s hand-fired and glazed in simple elegance. In non-foods we’ve added 4 new items from WNA’s Comet™ line – 2 new serving trays, and 2 high-dome clear lids.

From Royal the family owned business that makes ice cream it’s specialty, we’ve added Mini Mud Pie ice cream desserts. We’ve added another new item from Lamb Weston, Thin Skin-On 5/16 French Fries, and from Father Sam’s two new 10″ wraps, a 12/12 pack of Tomato and a 12/12 pack of Spinach. Lastly, in non-foods from Berk Papers Environ line we’ve added an environmentally friendly 20 kraft/ripple paper hot cup and matching compostaple white lid.

Adding more size options to our line-up of Maine-made Dabesta pizza dough balls, we now carry 22oz and 16oz sizes.
