This week we’ve added 12 new items to our inventory. First, a delicious labor-saver from Thin n’ Trim; we’ve added their fresh, sliced medium, roast beef. Also in deli meats, Farmland Boiled Ham. From Morrell brand, Snow Cap Lard. From Ken’s we’ve added Red Wine Vingear & Oil dressing. In non-foods we’ve added individual size hand sanitizers from Germ Buster, paper plates, quart storage bags, drink carrier trays in two sizes and three new cutlery kits.
This week we’ve added 4 new items to our inventory. First from Carla’s Pasta a new Walnut & Gorgonzola Stuffed Striped Ravioli. Precooked Round Egg & Sage striped Pasta Pillows filled with Walnuts, Gorgonzola, Ricotta, Parmesan & Blue cheeses. Next from FPI a Coconut Breaded Butterfly Shrimp, perfect for signature appetizers, baskets, or entrée preparations. FPI’s variety of shrimp fulfills every menu need while saving on labor, time and ingredients. Next, a staple in any kitchen, Ranch Dressing. From Chef’s Label we have a Ranch Dressing Pouch Mix, yields 1 gallon of dressing. Lastly from Chef’s Superb, an Instant Cheese Sauce Mix, easy preparation – just add mix to hot water and bring to boil.

This week we’ve added 6 new items to our inventory, starting with 5 news sauces and dressings. From Ken’s we’ve added new Signature Series sauces, Balsamic Fig Glaze and Basil Pesto Aioli. Also from Ken’s, Honey Lime Dressing and Greek Vinaigrette With Feta Cheese & Black Olives. From Sweet Baby Rays, capture the delicious heat of cayenne peppers in their classic Hot Sauce. Following the extreme popularity of Anchor’s Bacon Stuffed Cheddar Cheese Jalapeno Poppers, we’ve now added Bacon Cream Cheese Jalapeno Poppers.
9 new items have been added to our inventory this week including a new specialty Mandarin Orange Sesame Ginger dressing. Chicken leg quarters that have been ice glazed to maximize freshness. An expertly smoked pre-sliced turkey breast from Jennie-O. 4 bakery-fresh new items; a hearth baked bulkie roll, a potato burger roll, a country style burger roll, and a soft bulkie roll. In for the season in seafood; premium crab meat, this is succulent all-leg fresh crab meat. Also now available in seafood is our extremely popular fresh “tail-claw-knuckle” lobster meat.
This week we’ve brought in another 8 items including an ABF Honey Ham from McKenzie Deli, a nearly 2-foot long French Baguette, 4 new salad dressings from Chelten House, a new heat-n-serve whole grain Cinnamon Glazed French Toast, and new in non-foods is a disposable liquid wax cartridge for chafing dish lamps.
