From Sweet Street Desserts a Strawberry Cheesecake Brulée. They’ve captured the peak freshness of just-picked strawberries in their dazzling color and juicy bright seasonal flavor. Next from Hormel a Fresh Chopped Ham, water added. From Jennie-O we have an All Natural Flame-Seared Slow Roasted Sea Salt & Black Pepper Turkey Breast. Skinless and hand rubbed with a light smokehouse seasoning, frozen for easy storage. Lastly, from the Dart Pro Planet line, a Hinged White Polypro Container.
This week we’ve added 12 new items to our inventory. First a locally grown product from Greenwood Orchards in Tuner, Maine. A new combination of a golden delicious apple and a macintosh apple. From McCain a lightly brined, homestyle skin-on 3/16″ XL julienne fries that deliver exceptional potato flavor. Next from Pactiv, a Foam School Lunch Tray – 5 compartment, made from polystyrene foam. Looking to kick up heat in your dishes? Try McCormick’s Sriracha Seasoning. From Stonefire, a naan made with traditional ingredients like buttermilk and ghee for an authentic taste and texture – but now bite size! Two new products from King’s Hawaiian, first a Savory Butter Roll and their classic Sweet Dinner Roll. From Highland Market, we have a new Creamy Peanut Butter. Our last three products are from Chef Pierre, first a Jalapeno Cornbread. Next a Pumpkin Spice Latte Pie, and lastly a Classic Iced Brownie, nut-free and the perfect base for creating a wide variety of signature dessert options.

Next from International a new Paper Cup, coated on the inside and outside using a polyethylene plastic and a moisture barrier lining. From Cuisine, an array of mini cakes filled with creamy icing. Carrot cake, red velvet cake, double chocolate and truffle bon-bons make up this sweet assortment. Next a Fully-Cooked Bacon, pre sliced from Hormel. Naturally hardwood smoked with a blend of distinctive smokes including applewood. Aji Rocoto Pepper Puree, this smooth, bright scarlet chili pepper paste is made from aji rocoto peppers, a traditional ingredient of Peruvian cuisine. Our last three new items are all from Old California, A Tomato Puree Pouch, Tomato Paste Pouch and Diced Petite Tomato in Juice.

Take your taste buds on an adventure with the new Ocean Spray Raspberry Lemonade Craisins. Lastly, from Sweet Baby Ray’s an epic Jamaican Jerk Sauce.

To comply with the new FSMA laws we have the same fresh produce, just now in different packaging.
This week we’ve added 21 new products to inventory. From D’Allesandro, we’ve added two new products. First, a Distilled White Vinegar Powder, this ready-to-use powder can be added directly to brining liquids, marinades, and sauces or sprinkled on a variety of snack foods for authentic vinegar flavor. Next a Tomato Powder, made from select red ripe tomatoes with sweet, tangy tomato flavor. From Pellman we’ve added 5 new desserts. A Peanut Butter Cheesecake, this cake has a hint of peanut butter on a chocolate crumb crust. It is topped with chocolate cream cheese icing and semi-sweet chocolate drops. Their Creamy Cheesecake, velvety smooth body of fresh cream cheese and sour cream is set in a real graham cracker crust and dusted with graham cracker crumbs. A traditional Carrot Cake, a moist double layer cake brimming with grated carrots, real pineapple, and chopped walnuts, spiced with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, and topped with cream cheese icing. A Triple Chocolate Cake, creamy chocolate frosting surrounds four layers of moist, densely-textured chocolate cake. And last from Pellman, a thin layer of strawberry glaze and cream cheese icing is sandwiched between two light-colored layers of a vanilla-flavored cake.
