Sweet Red Chili Teriyaki Beef Meatballs

Your customers won’t be able to stop at just one. These Asian-seasoned beef meatballs are roasted & glazed with Sweet Baby Ray’s Teriyaki & Sweet Red Chili Sauces for a double kah-pow of flavor!

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef sirloin, seasoned
Minced garlic and ginger (desired amount to flavor)
5 oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Teriyaki Sauce (#10856)
3 oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Sauce (#4300)

DIRECTIONS

  • Seasoned ground beef with garlic, ginger, salt, pepper & Teriyaki Sauce (2oz)
  • Roll into 2 oz meatballs
  • Bake at 325 F until done
  • Remove from heat and lacquer the meatballs with a mixture of Teriyaki and Sweet Red Chili sauces
  • Serve with Asian slaw
