Southwestern Grilled Cheese
A vegetarian option that carnivores will crave too! Give your customers a bold ‘n toasty sandwich unlike any other with a helping kick from Ken’s! In this simple masterpiece Boom Boom Sauce and black bean corn salsa meet up for a grilled cheese that has serious Southwestern flair!
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of swiss cheese
2 tbsp of Ken’s Boom Boom Sauce (#7827)
2 tbsp of black bean corn salsa
Butter bread on one side and place of flat grill. Place cheddar cheese on one piece of bread and swiss cheese on the other piece of bread. Spread each with 1 tablespoon of Ken’s Boom Boom Sauce and 1 tablespoon of black bean corn salsa. When bread is toasted, on a large spatula or pizza peel, place pieces under cheese melter for 30 seconds until cheese is melted. Fold both pieces of bread together to form the sandwich and cut corner to corner using a chef knife.
Pairs well with coleslaw and homemade tater tots.
