New food service items from IBP, Simple Joys Bakery, Mel-Fry & More
This week we’ve added delicious sliced & iced cakes, pork ribs, fry oils, and flour tortillas.
If you’re looking add some ribs to your summer menu, try IBP Trusted Excellence® pork ribs; offered in St. Louis-style or baby back with Buck’s BBQ sauce. Both ribs are sure to be a crowd-pleaser – great for the grill, smoker and even oven-roasted. Pivoting to oils, we added two new frying oils from Mel-Fry & Frymax. Both are high performing soybean oils that minimize unhealthy saturated fats and leave you with an extended fry life, giving your foods a delicious crisp.
From Simple Joys Bakery, we added a variety of their sliced iced cakes. Available in marble, lemon, and party flavors, these iced cakes are sweet, decadent and individually-wrapped, making them an easy grab n’ go option for your customers. Lastly, we added 12-inch white flour tortillas from Mayan Farm. These tortillas contain authentic flavor and are able to hold all of your fillings without ripping, cracking or breaking.
