New food service products from Rangeline, It’ll Be, Bonici & SunSource

This week we’ve added 9 new items to our inventory including Philly steak, country fried chicken, pumpkin filling and more…

First two new products from Rangeline, a Philly Steak Flat, fully-cooked and portion controlled servings for back of house ease. And a traditional Country Fried Steak, with a breading that offers a light palette profile and wave-like appearance. A homestyle mixture of sweet cream, butter milk batter, seasoning and flour. Next from Bonici two new pepperoni products. A quality pork and beef Sliced Pepperoni, perfect for meatball subs or pizzas. And a sandwich style Sliced Pepperoni, great for wraps, subs, pasta, burritos and more.  Under our Packer label, a boiled Sliced Ham, with water added for a fresh to frozen product. Next from It’ll Be Pizza, a Basil Pizza Dough Ball, that is slightly sweet and perfectly complimented by a savory seasoned sauce. From Old Neighborhood, new Bourbon Maple Beef tips. Beef sirloin tips marinated in mouthwatering sweet, smoked bourbon barbecue sauce and spices. Next from Wilson’s, a premium sandwich meat, Genoa Sliced Salami. Made with no animal by-products and delivers a traditional salami flavor. Lastly, from SunSource a Pumpkin Filling. Prepared from ripe, golden-fleshed sweet pumpkins, with no fillers or preservatives in this naturally gluten-free filling.
