Mango Habanero Fish Tacos

Crispy fried panko crusted fish tossed with Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Sauce inside a fresh hot flour tortilla topped with slaw and served with extra glaze and fresh orange wedges. This delicious seafood dish will appeal to health conscious guests and bold flavor-seekers alike!

INGREDIENTS

3 flour tortillas
3 panko breaded fish filets
6 tbsp of Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Sauce (#10913)
3 fl-oz cole slaw
1.5 fl-oz peeled, and diced navel oranges

DIRECTIONS

Place fish in deep fryer until golden brown with an internal temperature of 145F and drain. Place flour tortillas on flat top grill for 30 seconds on each side and remove to service plate. Fill each tortilla with 1 piece of fish, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Mango Habanero Sauce and top with 1 fluid ounce cole slaw and diced orange pieces.
