Rick Robertson
President and CEO

Rick Robertson is President and Chief Executive Officer at Dennis Paper and Food Service. Upon graduating with a finance degree from the University of Maine Rick made an immediate career choice to begin working in food service distribution. With over 27 years of experience Rick has held positions in all areas of our industry and our company. Rick’s core belief and drive is to create an atmosphere where Dennis Paper and Food Service helps our customers be successful.Rick provides leadership in many outside roles from boards, executive committees, best practice share groups, and volunteer activities.

Tom Gagne
CFO, CIO

Tom Gagne is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer Dennis Paper and Food Service. Immediately upon graduating from Thomas College, Tom became involved in the wholesale distribution business. Having been with Dennis for almost 32 years, Tom has held positions in all areas of our company.Tom has been instrumental in many of the changes and growth at Dennis helping shape our company into a premier New England foodservice distributor.

Sara Green-Hamman
Chief Human Resources Officer

Sara joined Dennis Paper and Food Service in the fall of 2015 after an extensive career in human resources and communications. Sara earned her BA and MA in Mass Communications and Communications, respectively, at the University of Maine. An accomplished writer, Sara has presented at regional and national conferences and has multiple publications in both books and academic journals in the area of interpersonal communications. While working towards an interdisciplinary PhD in business and communications, Sara taught as an adjunct instructor in the areas of business and communication.

Luke LaBree
Chief Marketing Officer

Luke LaBree is Chief Marketing Officer at Dennis Paper & Food Service. He has spent the past 15 years dedicated to crafting and fostering marketing experiences using inspired design, creative strategies and innovative technologies. As CMO he oversees the design, development and implementation of Dennis’s marketing and brand positioning efforts. Luke passionately shares his expertise with Dennis customers; helping them to improve their own marketing efforts and grow their businesses. Luke is also a member of the UniPro Sales & Marketing Advisory Committee. Members of the committee engage, support, educate and develop resources that support UniPro’s mission and vision, key initiatives and strategic direction to its members.
