Hearty Half Sandwich

Ciabatta bread and sliced turkey; pair with soup or salad and fruit for a hearty and easily prepared crowd pleaser.

INGREDIENTS
Serves: 1

1/2 Pillsbury™ ciabatta bread, thawed
1 1/2 oz sliced turkey
1/2 slice of pepper jack
1/4 cup of lettuce
1 fresh sliced tomato

DIRECTIONS

  • Cut ciabatta bread diagonally into halves.
  • Layer ham, pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tomato slices on bun.
  • Chill, and serve!

Serving suggestion: Serve with sides such as cup of tomato soup, crinkle cup apple “fries”, and milk if desired.
