Foodservice Recipe: Citrus Mojo Wings
Classic wings tossed in a tangy sauce blend that has hints of garlic, citrus, cumin and oregano.
- 12 chicken wings
- 4 oz citrus garlic mojo sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange, lemon and lime zest
- 1 tablespoon bias cut scallions
- Deep fry chicken wings at 350˚F until minimum internal temperature of 165˚F.
- Remove, drain, place in bowl and toss with citrus mojo sauce. Plate and garnish with zest and scallions.
