Next from ZeeZee’s a Strawberry Crisp Nutrition Bar. This bar has a sweet strawberry flavor, on a soft bed of oats and a yummy frosting zigzag to top things off, and is K12 compliant! From Elkay a new Poly Bread Bag with Perforated holes, letting just the right amount of air in to keep crust crisp. These bags are packaged on a wicket dispenser for fast and easy filling, a great way to display bread! Lastly from Bongards, a Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese Stick, another K12 compliant product. Great addition to your To-Go meals for your students.
This week we’ve added 3 new items to our inventory. First from Trident a 6 oz Pacific Cod Loin, Skinless/Boneless. Twice frozen wild pacific cod IQF, that’s a large lean whitefish with an excellent source of high quality protein. With a sweet flavor, delicate texture and a large melt in your mouth flake, it’s perfectly suited for a wide variety of menu applications. Next a Ready-to-use disinfectant from Dynasol. To use, remove gross filth or heavy soil prior to application of the product. Hold container six to eight inches from surface to be treated, then allow product to penetrate and the surface to remain wet for 3 minutes, no scrubbing is necessary. Wipe off with a clean cloth, mop or sponge! Lastly from Mayfair a Toilet Tissue, 2 ply and individually wrapped. Embossed white and available in 1/96 count.

Next from Good Humor we have two new ice cream bars, first a Chocolate Éclair Ice Cream, chocolate and cake on a stick, yum! We wouldn’t blame you if you d-éclair this cake-coated frozen Chocolate Éclair dessert bar as your favorite. Secondly a simple yet classic Klondike bar, a huge hunk of creamy vanilla ice cream covered in a thick, chocolatey shell. From Prime Source, a 2ply Toilet Tissue, wrapped available in 96/500 sheet ct, we have been working diligently to try and combat this toilet tissue shortage. Next from Golden Fry, a Shoe String Potato French Fry 1/4″, with a light, fluffy interior these are ideal for fryer or oven applications. From our Highland Market line a Creamy Peanut Butter available in a 35 lb jar. Lastly from Impact, a Graduated Spray Bottle that holds 32oz. Next from Amoy, an Asian vegetarian staple, these spring rolls are filled with large pieces of vegetables, vegan, vegetarian, fully-cooked, hand-made. With added natural smoked flavor, this is a great center of the plate addition to any menu. Last from Packer, a 1 LB box of #16 rubber bands. This item is primarily used for establishments that wrap sandwiches in paper, and the rubber bands helps keep the sandwich and paper in place.

This local vendor always makes their pizza dough unbleached and unbromated, assuring no jaw fatigue, shrink resistant and always Maine made.
