September: Steak Carbonara Pizza

Carbonara Steak Pizza

Featured for September in our 2022 UniPro calendar.

Tender sliced steak and bacon on a hand-tossed artisan crust with a rich, creamy asiago alfredo sauce.

 

 Ingredients
Rough Chopped Bacon 2 oz
Steak-EZE Redi Steak, Cooked 4 oz
12″ Artisan Crust 1 ea
Asiago Alfredo Sauce 5 oz
Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded 8 oz
Parsley, Fresh Chopped 2 Tbsp

Directions:

  1. Place crust on an oiled pizza or wire screen. Spread out the Asiago Alfredo sauce, then evenly distribute the cheese. Top with rough chopped bacon bits and cooked & chopped steak.
  2. Bake in a preheated 500°F impinger oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish out of the oven with fresh chopped parsley.

Yield: 1 pizza
