Custom Whoopie Pie Fillings for Foodservice
With a few simple add-ins and a little creativity, you can make a wide variety of uniquely flavored whoopie pie fillings!

With Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix
Using 3 lbs of Whoopie Pie filling add the following and blend well.
- 1 Package Jell-O Instant Pudding mix of your choice. Make into a thick paste with a little warm water first then incorporate into whoopie pie cream. If you don’t make the paste first the cream will be gritty.
- Try mixing a 1/2 or a 1/3 of a package, using 2 or 3 different flavors, for even more creative and unique filling varieties!
Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Pie Filling
Using 3 lbs of Whoopie Pie filling add 1 package Jell-O Instant Pudding mix and blend well.
Butterscotch Whoopie Pie Filling
Using 3 lbs of Whoopie Pie filling add 1 package Jell-O Instant Pudding mix and blend well.
Caramel Whoopie Pie Filling
Using 3 lbs of Whoopie Pie filling add the following and blend well.
- 4 drops of yellow food coloring
- 3 drops of brown food coloring
Mint Whoopie Pie Filling
Using 3 lbs of Whoopie Pie filling add the following and blend well.
- 8 drops of green food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon (about 7 grams) mint flavoring
Mocha Whoopie Pie Filling
Using 3 lbs of Whoopie Pie filling add the following and blend well.
- 3 oz. of instant coffee crystals. Make into a thick paste with warm tap water, about 1/2 teaspoon of water to start, add more drop by drop to get to paste consistency.
Strawberry Whoopie Pie Filling
Using 3 lbs of Whoopie Pie filling add the following and blend well.
- 8 drops of pink food coloring (OR 4 drops of red food coloring)
- 1/2 teaspoon (about 7 grams) strawberry flavoring (try with other fruit flavors too!)
